Working with the experts at Rubik Recruiting, here’s what you can expect:
Your process begins by submitting your resume or completing our online application. The more details you can tell us, the smoother things will go moving forward.
NO need to be worried - we have seen it all. ALL.
Based on your information and work experience if we are able to move forward our next step is a speedy phone call or video chat. This will be between you and one of our recruiters and not an admin or an intern. It’s the real deal.
During this initial meeting, we understand your time needs and do not want to waste it, nor take you away from your current workplace.
If on or after this call we learn that we cannot be of assistance in providing an employment opportunity or assisting in your career search we will immediately let you know.
NO grey areas, no waiting and hoping for the phone to ring.
As we move forward we will have you complete any additional or necessary paperwork, provide any certifications, licenses, or accreditations to complete your search profile.
NOW it’s time for a face-to-face interview with our team! We are already starting to match you with clients and open positions, it’s time to place your best foot forward and land your dream.
Punctuality and professionalism are key.
After your Recruiter Interview some coaching and feedback will take place.
We WANT you to land your new job - be open to letting us help to get you where you want to be.
There might be some resume tips or changes at this time to list skills or qualities mentioned in your interview. We might also have you clean a bit of this or that up to make something more clear.
Remember all of this has to do with helping you to find the right fit.
For some positions, it may be requested you complete skills testing to ensure the job requirements are in line with your skills.
Finally, good communication is crucial. We can’t help you if we don’t know what you’re looking for.
